1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lecopter mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Lecopter is a cricket platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage player profiles with cricket statistics
• Create and join teams
• Score and track cricket matches in real time
• Follow players and teams
• View match history and performance analytics

3. Account Registration

To use Lecopter, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Conduct

When using Lecopter, you agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent match data or statistics
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Upload content that is offensive, obscene, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Lecopter, including profile pictures, cover photos, and team logos. By uploading content, you grant Lecopter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App and for promotional purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share it.

6. Teams and Matches

Team owners are responsible for managing their teams, including approving or removing members. Match data submitted through the App should be accurate and reflect actual gameplay. Lecopter reserves the right to remove match data that appears fraudulent or manipulated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Lecopter name, logo, and all related designs, text, graphics, and software are the property of Lecopter and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Lecopter is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or to Lecopter. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Disclaimers

Lecopter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted match data or statistics.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lecopter and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of Lecopter after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
